TurboGeeks requires that evaluators of our products provide a valid email address. This allows us to email a temporary serial number to the evaluator. We retain those email addresses to provide support to the evaluator and to inform evaluators in the event that program errors are found and/or resolved.
TurboGeeks requires that licensees of our products provide a valid email address. This allows us to email a permanent serial number to the licensee. We retain these email addresses to provide support to the licensee, to inform the licensee in the event that program errors are found and/or resolved and to inform the licensee when free or chargeable upgrades to the licensed product(s) are released.
TurboGeeks uses one or more third parties to process product orders. These companies must collect certain information such as credit card numbers, addresses and phone numbers. This information is used for the processing of the credit card transaction and to register the license to the correct company or individual. TurboGeeks does not retain the licensee's credit card information; we will retain registration information to allow us to contact the licensee to inform them when free or chargeable upgrades to the licensed product(s) are released.
TurboGeeks does not sell, rent, trade or pass on the information we retain to outside organizations. We will not release this information to outide parties unless required to do so by court order.
In some cases TurboGeeks may request permission from licensees to publish testimonials and/or quotes regarding their experience with our products on our web site or in marketing material; such situations are independent of this privacy policy.
